The Ultimate Green Salad

5 Minute Prep Time

1 head of Oak Tree Crisphead, Romaine, Salanova or Heirloom lettuce (any kind you choose, washed, dried and chopped)

1 cup nuts (choose from lightly toasted pine nuts, almonds, plain walnuts, candied walnuts, pecans or candied pecans, pumpkin sees, sunflower seeds)

1/2 cup gorgonzola (may also use Maytag Blue, Feta, or Goat Cheese) all crumbled

1/2 cup fruit (select from citrus quarters, dried cranberries, apple cubes, dried blueberries, dried cherries, pear slices)

4 tbsps olive oil (based dressing of your choice)

Add all ingredients into a large salad bowl, toss and serve
