Cobb Salad
30 Minute Prep Time
6 cups coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups rotisserie chicken
2 bacon(1) slices, cooked & coarsely crumbled
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled & sliced
2 large & fresh Roma (or Plum) tomatoes, seeded & chopped
ΒΌ cup crumbled blue cheese
Ranch or Blue Cheese salad dressing
1. Place lettuce in a large shallow pan
2. Arrange chicken, bacon, eggs, avocados, tomatoes, and blue cheese on top
3. Serve with salad dressing of choice
(1)Our personal preference is turkey bacon in lieu of pork

Add a French bread or baguette and this Cobb salad makes a meal!
